Please note: Dr. Sydney will be covering Dr. Amelia Patillo’s practice while Dr. Amelia is on maternity leave. Current patients of Dr. Amelia are welcome to book follow-up appointments with Dr. Sydney during this time. Dr. Sydney is also accepting new patients of her own.

I’m a Naturopathic Physician with a focus in helping patients feel like the most beautiful versions of themselves - while also having enough energy to get them through the day. My areas of focus are skin health, fatigue, and metabolic health.

My interest in skin health comes from my own struggles with acne and psoriasis. I know firsthand the embarrassment of wanting to hide your skin, and the toll it can take when you cannot stop itching. I take an individualized approach to understand what may be contributing to your symptoms, and I will be there to support you throughout your skincare journey.

If you are struggling to get through the day without crashing, we need to get to the bottom of it. I use tools such as blood work, supplements, and iron infusions alongside building your foundations of diet, exercise and lifestyle changes to ensure you have lasting results.

When I am not in clinic, my favourite activities are running, hiking, and lounging at the beach (with the appropriate sun protection of course).
