Refund policy

Due to the personal nature of our products, and for obvious hygienic reasons, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges on purchases made online or in studio.

Edits to Online Order

If you have just placed an online order with us and wish to edit it, please call the studio immediately at 250-361-1183 so we can help you. If the order has not been fulfilled yet, we will be happy to help! However, once an order has been fulfilled and is on its way to you we are unable to cancel or change the order.

Damaged Items

If you receive an order with a damaged item inside please send an image of the product to hello@opalwellness.co within 14 days of purchase, along with your order #, and we will make things right for you! 

If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchases from Opal Wellness please do not hesitate to contact us. We understand that sometimes there are unique circumstances. Your satisfaction is very important to us and we will do our best to accommodate your needs should a product truly not work for you.
