Shipping

At this time we offer shipping to Canada and the USA. If you would like to have an item shipped to another country please reach out to us directly at hello@opalwellness.co for a shipping quote.

All items are shipped from Victoria, BC and all orders will come with tracking. Items are typically shipped within 2 business days after your order is received. 

We offer free shipping on orders over $125. All packages with free shipping or packages shipping with our standard flat rate option will be sent using the best carrier for your location. We typically use Canada Post, UPS or Purolator.

For USA orders: Please note that you may be charged additional taxes and duties upon delivery of your package. This is the sole responsibility of the package recipient. Charges are determined based on the item value, where it was made and carriers may add processing fees.


Studio Pickup

All orders can be picked up in the studio at no charge. Orders can be picked up daily during our open hours of 8 am - 8:30 pm (Monday — Thursday) and 8am - 2pm (Fridays).


 You will receive a follow up email once your order is ready for pickup. Orders placed after 5pm will be available for pickup the next day.
